Currently *org.gridgain.internal.license.LicenseAttributesCollector#allLocalMacs* has static synchronized modifier and as result we have bottle neck in this method on cluster initialization operation in case of embedded mode.

This method take a lot of time in case when machine has a lot of virtual interfaces and all nodes in cluster must invoke this method on join procudure. As result we have queue on join path because of synchronization and default join timeout is expiring.
