[jira] [Updated] (YETUS-70) add support for make, including cmake
and autoconf
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YETUS-70?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:all-tabpanel ]
Allen Wittenauer updated YETUS-70:
----------------------------------
Attachment: YETUS-70.04.patch
-04:
* many bug fixes
* added ctest support
* I think I've fixed all the BUILDTOOLCWD issues
* updated to use new usage code
* add autoreconf and configure to footer table
* autoconf now does a real distclean
* cmake now properly supports building off the base or using per-module builds
* modules_workers now supports @@@BASEDIR@@@@ and @@@MODULEDIR@@@ as replaceable parameters on the command line
* i've removed mention of the git clean option to cleaning make in the usage information for now. i'll revisit this later.
* buildtools can now manipulate the module list prior to the personality getting a hold if it, primarily for cmake support but I could see ant using it too
* removed some of the options to BUILDTOOLCWD since they just really won't work yet
* re-arranging distclean a bit
Todo:
* documentation
* more testing

> Given make is still likely the #1 build tool used in the world, we should add support.
