Time to test...

If you haven't already, please grab 1.3.32-dev HEAD and
test it out. I'd like some additional good feedback
before I commit to a T&R. As such, I'd like to
impose a on-hold policy for any more code commits.

Sorry for the delay...
I built and tested successfully on;

    - Red Hat Linux 7.2, 7.3, 8.0, 9.0
    - Fedora Core 1 & 2 Linux
    - Red Hat Enterprise Linux 2.1, 3.0
    - Slackware Linux 8.1, 9.0, 9.1, 10.0, and '-current'
    - Debian Woody
