   Yeah it should work with Hadoop 3.2+ clusters since [Hadoop maintains wire compatibility across minor releases](https://hadoop.apache.org/docs/current/hadoop-project-dist/hadoop-common/AdminCompatibilityGuide.html). +1 on renaming this to hadoop-3 (and probably rename `hadoop-2.7` to `hadoop-2` as well).
