The core of the issue is SOUGHT is operated by a single person who is
increasingly too busy to work on spam issues.  On multiple occasions I
suggested that SOUGHT needs a team to collaborate on its safety corpus.  For
example, SOUGHT is likely dangerous for non-English languages since the
operator likely does not have non-English ham in the safety corpus?

Could we please discuss a long-term collaboration plan for SOUGHT?
