Tokens in TurbineResources.properties
Any idea where reference exists on tokens for the resource bundles used by
turbine. for example: ${webapp.dir}
Appreciate any help with this - I have combed documentation and seem to be
overlooking this.

I don't know if it's exactely what you want:
you can use this:
bundle = ResourceBundle.getBundle("turbineBundleName");
...
String value = bundle.getString("webapp.dir");
...
