.NET's wsdl.exe cannot create Proxy from Axis RC1 WSDL

This worked with Beta3. 

wsdl.exe says:
Error: Unable to import binding 'FinancialInterfacePortSoapBinding' from namespa
ce 'http://p2financial.p2plus.apag.com'.
  - Unable to import operation 'updateDebi'.
  - Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Attaching WSDL from Beta3 and RC1 for the same class.
