Parking patch here. Was trying to make a Connection that would give back RegionAsTable... Got stuck on how to bring up Region. Need too many parameters.  In particular I want the WAL to work but bunch of setup involved... could add it all as config... TODO (I wanted this to do perf testing against Region via YCSB).
