How to reproduce :
set up quota such that 'hadoop -mv src dst' results in a 'quota excceeded' exception.
* Now try : {{hadoop -mv src dst/src}}
** This fails as expected and 'src' exists after this as expected
* Now try : {{hadoop -mv src dst/diffname}}
** This fails as expected
** buf 'src' does not exist after this, you will find 'diffname' directory in its place
I think fix should go into 0.18.1
