The class {{org.apache.activemq.artemis.api.core.management.MessageCounterInfo}} is currently in the {{org.apache.activemq:artemis-server}} Maven module, but it really should be in {{org.apache.activemq:artemis-core-client}} so that it is available to clients (e.g. those using the "all" jars).
