Tinderbox builds

Just to let people know: I'm working on a build system that compiles a
number of projects with the absolute latest version of many of their
pre-requisites in an attempt to flush out integration problems early.

At the moment, there are pending changes to turbine and xml-fop which will
break xml-cocoon version 1, and changes to batik which will break
xml-cocoon 2.
