[jira] [Commented] (CAMEL-15084) Move health implementation in
camel-base into camel-health

Claus Ibsen commented on CAMEL-15084:
-------------------------------------
camel-spring-boot and camel-karaf will include camel-health out of the box.
camel-main does not, you can then add it to have health check integrated, like for other extensions.

> We can make health base/support classes more optional as we did with camel-cloud etc. And move it out of camel-base.
> As there is some base/support classes that 3rd party may reuse. We can then make it more auto-detectable and so if you have camel-health on classpath then all the health check wiring kicks in.
