[jira] [Commented] (OAK-6676) rep:facet doesn't work in combination with aliases in JCR-SQL2

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OAK-6676?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=17352007#comment-17352007 ]

Santiago García Pimentel commented on OAK-6676:
-----------------------------------------------

seems like even if changing that class that [~diru]  mentions, Oak will still not pick the right index and then refuse to execute the query since it does not use traversals with facets.

>             Project: Jackrabbit Oak

> Within [SelectorImpl#createFilter()|http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/jackrabbit/oak/trunk/oak-core/src/main/java/org/apache/jackrabbit/oak/query/ast/SelectorImpl.java?view=markup#l389] the columnName is used to determine wether to add a indicating restriction for facets or not.
> So using query like
> {code}
> select [rep:facet(tags)] as facets from ...
> {code}
> Will not contain facets.
> Same applies for {{rep:excerpt}}.
