Tutorial installation problem

Hello

i'm using

jakarta-tomcat-4.1.18

jetspeed-1.4-b3 (running from the WAR file) put in the webapp directory of
appache and accessed from 127.0.0.1:8080/jetspeed/


Ant 1.5 release not the beta on...

i had DL the jportal example, unzip them (in the \bin rep of ANT... is it
correcdt ?)



change the build.properties of the jportal codes:

jetspeed_home=D:/jakarta-tomcat-4.1.18/webapps/jetspeed
catalina_home=D:/jakarta-tomcat-4.1.18

company=com.bluesunrise.jportal
jetspeed_jar=/WEB-INF/lib/jetspeed-1.4-b3.jar
jetspeed_war=/jetspeed.war
jetspeed_lib=/WEB-INF/lib
jetspeed_conf=/WEB-INF/conf/


then i try to run the build and receive an error:
BUILD FAILED
file:D:/apache-ant-1.5.3-1/bin/torque3/build.xml:23: Error while expanding
D:\jakarta-tomcat-4.1.18\webapps\jetspeed\lib\torque-3.0.jar


it seems that the torque cannot copie the file in the jetspeed/lib
directorie
