It seems that {{org.mortbay.jetty:jetty-util:jar:6.1.26.hwx}} is not publicly available. I've asked in the Hortonworks Forum: http://hortonworks.com/community/forums/topic/build-apache-flink-for-hadoop-version-2-4-0-2-1-10-0-881/
