Page Specification Hierarchy

Is there any way to import, or extend existing page files? I have an 
existing tapestry 3.0.3 application that has a bundle of page 
specifications that map to a bundle of concrete classes that all derive 
from the same base class.  It would be nice if I could remodel the page 
files to match the class structure, and it would also be nice to only have 
to change one page spec when the base class changes.

Suggestions?
