[MINOR][DOCS] Add table_identifier in sql-migration-guide for SHOW CREATE TABLE
### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
Add `table_identifier` in sql-migration-guide for SHOW CREATE TABLE.
### Why are the changes needed?
To make document more readable.
### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
No.
### How was this patch tested?
Existing test suites.
Closes #31608 from Karl-WangSK/sqldoc.
