The [receive offline payment] page in ordermgr which can be called orderview does not create payment with a currency.
It should be looking up the OrderHeader's ProductStore's currency when creating its payments.

As a side note (since you are playing with offline payments): what do you think of OFBIZ-484 (did tou notice the bug mentioned there or am I missing something?).
