Exceptions in Xalan C++ Win32 build

Hi,

I am using VC6 and am attempting to recompile SimpleTransform to get
familiar with Xalan.  When I run SimpleTranform but the input files are not
in scope, my program terminates (read aborts quietly).  When I use the
SimpleTransform that came with the download, I get an exception which
informs me that the input files can't be opened (what I expected).  So, in
my program, I tried capturing XSLProcessorException (and XSLException).  I
get the following link error:

I read this as the destructor not being properly exported (or imported) from
the DLL.  I rebuilt the DLL no change.
Any clue???
