Supporting Doc/Literal style web services

Hi All,

The released Axis C++ 1.0 supports only Rpc/Encoded style web services. We
have started supporting Doc/Literal style web services and the code is in
"CWrapperSupport" branch. "CWrapperSupport" branch is the CVS branch we have
been working on to support we services and clients that are completely
written in C.
