Added test case on trunk at [r1754239|https://svn.apache.org/r1754239]. Note, trunk (and 1.5.6) has the fix due to OAK-4539, but backport (1.2 and 1.0) would require some change for fix too.

Backported test cases and added fix to 1.4 at [r1754243|https://svn.apache.org/r1754243].
