does work with WebSphere 4

Does anybody know whether I have to use the 'flush' attribute with value
'true' if I use the tiles:insert tag with WebSphere 4.
WebSphere forces me to use the flush attribute in jsp:include tag. So I am
wondering if I can break this restriction if I use tiles.
