Anyone using Microsoft IIS/PWS with Tomcat ?

Recently I asked about installing Tomcat with IIS/PWS bug got no response from this group. This may be due to the way I asked the question (I am somewhat confused about the whole thing so no doubt the question itself came out confused).  As I have to recommend a webserver or webserver/servlet engine combination to management I would like to know if anyone is actually using this Microsoft/Tomcat combination in a production environment (i.e for a real commercial product).
