   I recently successfully built LLVM on windows. I documented everything https://discuss.tvm.ai/t/tvm-wont-compile-using-llvm-on-windows/5572 
   The last post contains the final solution. hope that helps   
   by the way, [this ](https://github.com/apache/incubator-tvm/issues/4802#issuecomment-581227116)might be helpful as well, this is my issue concerning compiling this on windows.
