### Description
apisix pod
etcd
I've had similar issues before, it felt like apisix was doing a similar synchronization move to etcd causing a cpu spike and the entire apisix request was slowed down.
### Environment
- APISIX version (run `apisix version`):2.13
- Operating system (run `uname -a`): centos
- OpenResty / Nginx version (run `openresty -V` or `nginx -V`):
- etcd version, if relevant (run `curl http://127.0.0.1:9090/v1/server_info`): 3.4.13
- APISIX Dashboard version, if relevant:
- Plugin runner version, for issues related to plugin runners:
- LuaRocks version, for installation issues (run `luarocks --version`):

Please use the latest APISIX gateway and IC for testing. If the issue still exists, we can attempt to debug and resolve it. Unfortunately, we cannot fix the 2.x version, as it is outdated.

@juzhiyuan It doesn't feel like a memory leak to me, this feels like apisix is experiencing problems synchronizing data to etcd at full volume, causing apisix cpu to spike.

Just to confirm: are u using 2.13?? I believe there have many fixes on 3.x because of memory leakage. I can't help on this version..
