Potential Xerces regression (was: xml-stylebook with xml-xalan2)

Status update: stylebook-1.0-b3_xalan-2 works with the released
xerces-1_3_0, but not with the version from the latest CVS.  For a test
case, see the batch file I posted previously to general@xml.apache.org.
I'll see if I can narrow down when the "difference in behavior" was
introduced.
