patch for autoconf-build-system (and disable internal debug)

Hi,

I have a patch for the autoconf.build-system. The include-directory 
log4cxx/spi/location was missing. The patch also disables inernal debugging 
as it should be (as it was before curts last checkin).

I was going to revert the internal debugging as soon as I got through 
the next couple of iterations (and the hacky code in main.cpp that 
allow me to know the last test attempted before crashing).
