design question about dynamic routing

I have a message that comes in to initiate a change request. This request
could go to different recipients, but could also be a bad message.

My question is, do I just add the errorInputChannel as one of the recipients
in the recipient list in my @Header ?

or is there some other way to route this situation?

Hi

You can use a filter as the first step to filter bad requests.
http://activemq.apache.org/camel/message-filter.html


But otherwise it's a nice idea with a "badInputChannel" as a destination. Then you will be able to inspect the queue and determine why it was bad.
