[ANNOUNCE] iBATIS.NET BETA available

The iBATIS.NET team is proud to announce that the BETA release of DataAccess
V1.9.2 and DataMapper V1.6.2 are now available.

This release is mainly a maintenance release.

We expect that there will be a vote to promote to General Availability
status in two weeks.
