[I] Spring Boot application fails to start with dynamic signal [incubator-kie-issues]

Using a dynamic signal based on #{variableName} syntax, Spring Boot application fails to start up. Quarkus applications with the same process definition start up properly.

The dynamic signal endpoints need to be revisited, but for now we can disable the generation of REST endpoints for dynamic signals, as they are not usable (even in Quarkus).
