embrace spring boot launcher?

Hi guys,

speaking with Mark got a crazy idea: use spring boot to write OWB launcher.

Their launcher part is pretty clean and light (300k). Only issue is our
scanning doesnt work with it cause of their layout.

Here is the opened ticket. Anyone interested to help?
