Renaming the action element name in endpoint timeout configuration

hi,
Right now the timeout configuration has the following format.

<timeout>
       <duration>duration in milliseconds</duration>
       <action>discard|fault|none</action>
</timeout>

It seems that the action element name is confusing, which specify the action
to perform for the lately arrived response. I'd suggest we rename the action
attribute something like "responseAction" or something similar to avoid the
confusion. If you agree I can provide a small patch.
