[jira] [Created] (GUACAMOLE-386) guacamole repeats pressed keys

Christopher Hide created GUACAMOLE-386:
------------------------------------------

             Summary: guacamole repeats pressed keys
                 Key: GUACAMOLE-386
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GUACAMOLE-386
             Project: Guacamole
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 0.9.11-incubating
Environment: Windows 7, IE 11, RDP
            Reporter: Christopher Hide

Hello, we have many clients successfully using guacamole for RDP.

However some of them are reporting that:
At least once a day they press a key (letter or number) and it gets stuck and repeats. They have to close the browser window and log in again to stop it.

There is an existing issue on the old tracker that appears to be the same. https://glyptodon.org/jira/browse/GUAC-1449

The users are using Windows 7 and IE 11 with a wired keyboard. They are using the RDP protocol in guacamole 0.9.11-incubating.

We have asked them to try using the key event tester (http://guacamole.incubator.apache.org/pub/tests/key-event-test.html) when they next expirience the issue. We will post the results.
