fix(native): 补充Windows平台虚函数存根实现

- 在Windows平台提供Configurable和Customizable类的虚函数存根实现
- 避免因Windows DLL符号导出限制导致链接错误
- 确保存根函数返回默认状态，符合运行时预期
- 解决Windows环境下CompactionFilter虚函数地址缺失问题
- 保持Linux/macOS和Windows平台代码兼容性
