    Just found after this patch, `ActorSystem` will bind to the same port of `HTTP file server`:
    ```
    15/10/23 11:21:45 INFO Remoting: Remoting started; listening on addresses :[akka.tcp://sparkDriverActorSystem@192.168.0.116:56419]
    15/10/23 11:21:45 INFO Utils: Successfully started service 'sparkDriverActorSystem' on port 56419.
    15/10/23 11:21:45 INFO Utils: Successfully started service 'HTTP file server' on port 56419.
    ```
    I will investigate it soon
