SVN Migration?

The Logging Services PMC voted earlier this year to have all of the
subprojects converted to subversion by this July.  We need someone to take
on the conversion task for log4j.  Any volunteers?

Ceki, you previously mentioned that you had started the process.  Where is
it at?  What needs to be completed?
