configuring watchdog from log4j.properties

hi all,

is it possible to do something like PropertyConfigurator.configureAndWatch
(..) from the log4j.properties or log4j.xml files?

it would be cool if you could do something like

log4j.configureandwatch.interval=1500

and then it would check the file every 1500 ms
