   When `db.atomic` method is used as shown in README, parameter called `body` is sent as request's `body` field as opposed to `form` field.
   
   ## Expected Behavior
   README's example code should be updated. It should use `req.body` instead of `req.form`.
   
   ## Current Behavior
   Currently example code uses `req.form` which is empty object.
   
   ## Your Environment
   * Version used: 6.4.3, typescript
