   **Describe the bug**
   k8s 上部署了三个注册中心，对接etcd集群，mesher服务发现失败，经定位发现同样的请求发到注册中心不同节点时，得到的返回值是不一样的，检查过etcd的数据，三节点etcd的数据是一致的。我理解注册中心应该是无状态应用，数据一致性是靠etcd去实现的。想问下注册中心的对于微服务数据是如何处理的，有没有同步或者刷新机制。目前这个问题只能靠重启解决
