Wookie - Moodle Question

Hello,

We has successfully installed Wookie on our Server at http://northernlinks.ca:8080/wookie/

We are able to install Widgets on Moodle sites that are running on this server but not on Moodle sites located in other servers. Any ideas as to why this is happening and how to fix it?

Thanks,
Fernando

Some quick checks:

1. Does each Moodle site have a Wookie plugin configured to point to http://northernlinks.ca:8080/wookie/ ?
2. Does each Moodle site have its own API key? (Not "TEST")
3. Can each site access http://northernlinks.ca:8080/wookie/ ? (E.g. isn't blocked at either end)

If these are all OK then I suggest turning on debug mode in Moodle and seeing what shows up in the logs.

I'm afraid I can't be too helpful, but I can at least help narrow down
the problem for someone else.

The problem is not one wit the Wookie installation as I have
successfully instantiated a widget on that server and embedded it locally.

Perhaps a problem with the Moodle instance? This is why I can't help,
I'm not familiar with Moodle.

Perhaps Moodle is blocking traffic to the wookie server?

Perhaps the server Moodle is on is blocking traffic?
