There was a broken glyphicon in Airflow (task tries) on the `dags` and `dag` views. In the course of investigating that, realized we also had fontawesome installed (albeit an older version).

So I updated fontawesome, changed all the icons to use it rather than glyphicons.

Glyphicons are font-based, and dropped by Bootstrap in v4.
