test derbynet/connection.java

Hi,

The test derbynet/connection.java attempts to ping with -h to a
syntactically reasonable site to get an appropriate error message.

However, someone has acquired the site, 'ihave-inmyname.com', I'm
guessing based on our source, and it is not a site I want to ping.

I am going to change this to fictitious.apache.org, in all branches.

In the mean time, I suggest everyone blocks this site for all traffic
on their firewalls, if you haven't.
