   ## Summary
   Add support for the ST7735 TFT Controller.
   
   ## Impact
   This also adds the necessary SPI hooks for the Olimex P407 board.
   ## Testing
   Tested with different graphic examples: nxhello, nximg, nxtext..

   The "Includes outside of 'Included Files' section" is inevitable because those files include a .c file that depends on previous CONFIGs.
