issure about create fence method

hi,all:
      i use ssh fence method ,one question is the fence user is created on
all cluster node or just on two name node?

The fencing happens at the NameNodes, so I guess just on the two NNs
should suffice.

The fencing happens at the NameNodes, so I guess just on the two NNs
should suffice.
