1.	Have  a CS with advanced zone.
2.	Create a VPC.
3.	Create a network ACL list.
4.	Create a ACL list rule under the ACL list created in step3 with “Rule number”  as a –ve value.

Expected Behavior:
Rule number field should not accept –ve values.
