[PR] Fix logic in ErasureCodeConfigurer for unconfigured EC policy [accumulo]
dlmarion opened a new pull request, #5995:

ErasureCodeConfigurer javadoc says that ERASURE_CODE_POLICY property is optional and if not specified will fall back to the table property value. If not configured at the table then the code will fail later. Modified ErasureCodeConfigurer to disable EC if the policy is not set in either location.
