Still no action on https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-6069 - can one of the mentors tap someone on the shoulder?

That should not be blocking you, if you are really trying to get a release
candidate out, I'd just get it out for review without the maven staged
repo, when people all agree on the structure, license, etc we can then push
for this with infra.
