SMS Notification

I have been trying to get SMS notification going using
https://github.com/mgeiss/mifos-twilio-bridge solution but to no effect. I
changed the headers to comply with Fineract but still get errors from the
core.
I logged the error here: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FINERACT-178

I eventually got this one working using Ruby:
