不是SQL语言转换工具的问题，是Hive的map_keys返回类型与Doris当前支持的语义不兼容，因此执行阶段Doris解析失败。在Doris中MAP_KEYS在被支持的版本中返回类型是ARRAY，在Doris场景下ARRAU不能直接作为SELECT列输出。因此在Doris中的正确写法应该是
SELECT
k AS dsfs
FROM test.aaa a
LATERAL VIEW explode(map_keys(a.change_his_dt)) t AS k;
