[GitHub] [xalan-c] rleigh-codelibre opened a new pull request #1: Apply outstanding fixes

rleigh-codelibre opened a new pull request #1: Apply outstanding fixes
URL: https://github.com/apache/xalan-c/pull/1

This is a collection of small changes carried by most distributors on top of the last release. All have had quite a lot of testing in Debian, FreeBSD ports, Homebrew, vcpkg and other package repositories.

Initial test pull request. This one should be fairly uncontroversial.

I don't know what the preferences are regarding testing and code review.
These are individually well tested. However, we could look at setting
up adding proper CI support on GitHub (or internally if we have the
resources for that). On GitHub, we could copy the current approach I
took with Xerces-C using Travis and AppVeyor, or we could do something
different.

On top of this I have the CMake work which I'll submit separately.

Regards,
Roger
